Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak.
Courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

I'm adding my own.
Courage is saying to yourself "What the *blip*??!, I still don't "get" what all of this is, why it is happening, and I don't give a "blip"...and then you still go put on your big girl panties and get out the door.
